What the role involves
* Leading whole-class sessions when teachers are off-site or planning
* Running small group interventions and catch-up work
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Teaming up with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning
* Bringing energy, fun, and purpose to every lesson
What we’re looking for
* HLTA status or solid experience delivering lessons independently
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management
* Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude
* A genuine love for learning—and for helping children share that love
