This opportunity is second to none, an opportunity to work directly with a dynamic founder leading multiple high-growth ventures – including a global sales training and leadership consultancy, a property portfolio, and a range of personal investments. We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and highly organised right-hand partner – someone who can think ahead, anticipate needs, and bring order, focus, and impact to a busy and inspiring operation. You will be the driving force behind the founder’s effectiveness – managing complex scheduling, coordinating key projects, preparing strategic materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across business and personal commitments. This is a broad, varied, and high-trust role that will require commercial understanding, discretion, and exceptional judgement. You will work closely with a small, collaborative core team and a global network of partners and clients. The role is hybrid and can be based in Truro or London, you must be happy to travel between the two. Please note due to the immediate need (this is a new role), this is a temporary permanent opportunity. What You will be doing: Manage and coordinate a complex and evolving diary, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimised. Draft, review, and manage communications with professionalism and accuracy. Prepare strategic materials, presentations, and client meeting documents. Support and manage projects across multiple ventures and business interests. Conduct commercial research and connect key business information and opportunities. Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to keep initiatives moving forward. What You Will Bring: Previous experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, start-up or entrepreneurial setting. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail. Tech-savvy, with an interest in new tools and AI-driven efficiency solutions. Commercially aware, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A confident decision-maker who thrives on variety and challenge. Collaborative, energetic, and eager to grow alongside an ambitious business. Why This Role? Work directly with an inspiring founder at the forefront of multiple exciting ventures. Gain exposure to a variety of industries, from training and consultancy to property and investment. Opportunity to make a tangible impact and grow into a pivotal leadership support role.
