An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Financial Controller to join a global manufacturing business, supporting a high-performing team at a key site in Northern Ireland. As Financial Controller, you will take full financial responsibility for a multi-million-pound manufacturing operation, leading a small finance team and acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager. You'll oversee financial reporting, planning, compliance, and play a pivotal role in business strategy, commercial decision-making, and process improvement. Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, and strategic insight. Ensure financial control in line with GAAP and audit requirements. Oversee working capital management, including inventory and receivables. Drive business improvement with accurate, actionable financial information. Own budgeting, costing, and cycle count processes. Support implementation of new systems and Capex strategy. Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margins. What Youll Bring: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). Strong background in financial leadership Excellent knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and internal controls. Skilled communicator, confident working with senior leadership.
