We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Construction Tutor to join our team in Durham. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the careers of T:Level students, balancing hands:on practical site training with essential classroom theory. It will be working on a construction site in Durham.

Key Responsibilities:
* Practical Training: Deliver high:quality, hands:on practical tutoring to T:Level students live on:site.
* Theory Support: Assist students with the theoretical and academic elements of their construction curriculum.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help students meet industry standards.
* Safety First: Ensure all practical on:site activities comply strictly with health and safety regulations.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Industry Expertise: Strong, proven experience and deep knowledge within the construction sector.
* Teaching/Tutoring Passion: Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or assessing is highly desirable (especially with T:Levels or young adults).
* Communication Skills: The ability to break down complex practical skills and theoretical concepts into easy:to:understand lessons.
* Availability: Ready to hit the ground running with an ASAP start.
