Teacher – SEND (EYFS) Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Start Date: 23rd February 2026 Contract: Full-time (term-time) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to join our specialist SEND school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, supporting four non-verbal pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This is a rewarding role for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference to children with complex needs. The Role Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred EYFS learning tailored to individual needs Support four non-verbal pupils, using alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or sensory-based communication Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and families Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews Support pupils’ communication, social, emotional, and sensory development The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) Experience working in SEND and/or EYFS (essential) Confident supporting non-verbal children and children with complex needs Patient, resilient, and highly empathetic Strong teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of sensory integration and early communication approaches is highly desirable What We Offer Small class sizes with a high staff-to-pupil ratio Supportive leadership and ongoing SEND-focused CPD A welcoming, inclusive school community The opportunity to make a life-changing impact on young learners If you are a nurturing and committed teacher looking to work in a specialist SEND setting where every small step forward is celebrated, we would love to hear from you.
