Description

Reports to: Account Manager/Team Leader

Location: Leicester LE3 5BZ

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

As an Account Manager at Yü Energy, your primary responsibility is to lead the engagement of our Business Account Customers. You will manage the end-to-end interaction from onboarding to billing, revenue management, cash management, and Smart Install bookings.

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing Business Account customers' accounts, including onboarding, billing, revenue, and cash management.
* Building strong client relationships through excellent service and industry knowledge.
* Developing strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating them effectively.
* Supporting department development initiatives.
* Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring competitive activity.
* Analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborating with cross-department teams to ensure satisfaction.
* Providing reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
* Managing projects from start to finish.
* Training new staff and seeking process improvements.

Ideal candidate profile:

* Experience in customer account management with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle complexity.
* Calm and effective under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
