Senior C# Developer - Permanent
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Solihull)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We're on the lookout for a Senior C# Developer to join a forward-thinking technology team working on a suite of greenfield projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping modern applications from the ground up, using the latest technologies and frameworks.
As a senior developer, you'll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team to deliver high-quality, scalable software in a hybrid working environment. This is more than just a coding role - you'll have real input into architecture, design, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy new software solutions using C# and .NET Core
Build modern, responsive web apps using Blazor
Work with Entity Framework and SQL to manage data operations
Collaborate across teams on greenfield product development
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy
Skills & Experience Required:
✅ Strong experience in C# / .NET Core development
✅ Solid understanding of Blazor for modern front-end development
✅ Proven experience with Entity Framework and SQL
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
✅ Passion for clean code, performance, and scalable software design
✅ Experience working on greenfield projects is a strong advantage
