Job Title: ERP Project Manager (d365)
Salary: up to £55,000
Location: Hybrid with travel to national locations as required
Our client is a PE-backed services company experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired businesses into their Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, which includes modules for CRM, sales, field services, and customer service, interfacing with platforms such as Sage Intacct and Natural HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review systems and processes of new acquisitions against standard workflows to identify necessary changes.
* Build stakeholder relationships to align with the group's system vision and minimize functionality changes.
* Lead data collation, cleansing, and migration, working with third-party support as needed.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver project tasks on time, within scope, and budget.
* Identify and escalate risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
* Develop and execute training plans for effective system adoption.
* Create communication plans for system changes and impacts.
* Oversee operational testing to ensure system readiness.
* Provide go-live support for a smooth transition.
* Manage issue logs and ensure timely resolution of system concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:
* At least three years' experience in system migration projects.
* Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
* Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including vendors.
* Self-motivated and proactive work approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; valid driver's license required.
* Friendly demeanor, capable of building trust.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics system migration projects.
* Proficiency in European languages, especially French or German.
* Hands-on experience with Monday.com, including dashboards, automations, and reporting.
