If you're a natural communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they need support, have a query, or aren't satisfied with a service. Your calm, empathetic nature and clear communication will ensure every customer walks away with confidence in Speedy.You'll engage with internal teams and depots across the business to resolve customer concerns and keep things moving efficiently.
