Learning & Development Manager - Ascot
Department: People & Culture | Reports to: Director, People & Culture
Salary: £40,000 + up to 20% annual bonus + £3000 - £4000 service charge
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, occasional weekend may be required

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive the growth, training, and development of our clients team, ensuring theirpeople have the skills and capabilities to deliver theirsignature luxury service.
Learning and Develoment key responsibilities:
* Lead all L&D initiatives, including induction, departmental training, and leadership programs.
* Design, deliver, and evaluate internal training courses aligned with business goals and values.
* Coach and mentor departmental trainers, ensuring continuous upskilling.
* Manage graduate, trainee, and apprenticeship programs, building a talent pipeline.
* Maintain training records, HR systems, and oversee learning platforms like LEX and Diligence.
* Support People & Culture operations, including onboarding, HR admin, and employee engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree or equivalent L&D experience; hospitality background preferred.
* Proven experience delivering training across all employee levels.
* CIPD qualified (L&D specialism preferred) with strong HR system literacy.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about developing people and upholding commpany values.
