We are seeking SC Cleared Support IT Engineers across the UK to support a large migration project. You must be SC cleared to apply for this role. Locations available include Bristol, London, Kings Lynn, St Andrews, Aldershot, Carterton, Hereford, Colchester, Helston, Waddington, Huntingdon, and Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ticket Management: Manage and update support tickets to meet service levels.
* Stock & Asset Management: Oversee IT equipment stock, tracking, and movement.
* Disposal Management: Handle IT asset disposal following contractual procedures.
* Hardware Repair & Vendor Liaison: Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate with vendors.
* Locker Replenishment: Manage IT equipment lockers as per contract.
* Service Improvement: Identify and report potential service issues.
* Process Adherence: Follow all processes, site regulations, and guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
* Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.
* Experience with asset and stock management.
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with a commitment to customer service.
* Familiarity with ITSM practices is a plus.
* SC Clearance is required.
