Accounts Assistant - Construction - Haverhill - Full or Part Time - Hybrid & Flexi
A growing business that operates in the construction industry on high end projects is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate, efficient account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with subcontractor administration (including CIS and HMRC submissions)
* Manage company expenses, charge cards, and employee reimbursements
* Handle accounts inbox, calls, and general finance admin
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and reporting data
* Support vehicle-related cost tracking, expenses, and account management
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in accounts/admin (purchase ledger preferred)
* Knowledge of CIS / HMRC processes (desirable)
* Experience in a construction / design industry
* Experience working with / processing sub-contractors (essential)
