The Role
* Leading day‑to‑day despatch operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
* Managing and developing warehouse teams across multiple functions
* Overseeing goods‑out processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service
* Maintaining stock integrity through effective systems use and regular checks
* Driving continuous improvement across workflow, productivity, and safety
* Working closely with production, customer service, and the wider logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly

About You

* Confidence using warehouse systems and working with performance data
* A background in Continuous Improvement projects would be ideal
* A solid understanding of health & safety standards and best practice
