Our client is a legendary Ad Agency searching for a People Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s objectives. The People Business Partner will provide guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities

\tAct as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters

\tSupport with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans

\tSupport with developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
\t
\t
*
\tMediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
\t
\t
*
\tIdentify talent gaps and work with leaders on succession planning and retention strategies.

\t
*
\tPartner with leadership to drive change initiatives and foster employee engagement during organisational changes
\t
\t
*
\tSupport communication plans and cultural transformation efforts
\t
\t
*
\tEnsure HR practices comply with legal requirements and align with company standards
\t
\t
*
\tUse data to inform decisions on turnover, engagement, and other workforce challenges
\t
\t
*
\tIdentify training needs and partner with internal/external resources to deliver impactful learning solutions
\t
\t
*
\tOffer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution
\t
\t
*
\tEducate and advise managers on performance management and employee development goals.

\t
*
\tParticipate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development

\tPartner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance
\t
\t
*
\tManage and resolve complex employee relations issues
\t
\t
*
\tConduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
\t
\t
*
\tMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
\t
\t
*
\tProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
\t
\t
*
\tWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
\t
\t
*
\tPerform other related duties as assigned by the head of department

Skills and Qualifications
\t
*
\tQualified CIPD level 5 or above
\t
\t
*
\tA minimum of 7 years’ proven work experience in human resources
\t
\t
*
\tA minimum of 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
\t
\t
*
\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\t
\t
*
\tExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
\t
\t
*
\tProven work experience as an HR Business partner or similar role
\t
\t
*
\tExcellent case management skills, understanding timings, process and the importance of updating stakeholders
\t
\t
*
\tExcellent knowledge of employment legislation, best practice process and documentation
\t
\t
*
\tUnderstanding of employment relations and the importance of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity
\t
\t
*
\tPersonable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
\t
\t
*
\tExtensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment law
\t
\t
*
\tProfessionalism and an overall positive attitude
\t
\t

\tExperience of advising and supporting managers on a range of employee relations matters to an appropriate conclusion
