We are currently recruiting for a Senior Training Officer to join our Manufacturing and MSAT Team. In this role, you will provide support to the team by ensuring the training activities are coordinated and fully implemented to meet the regulatory requirements, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: • Delivering induction sessions of new employees within the Manufacturing and MSAT department, such as classroom presentations and practical training in the clean room • Delivering various training sessions to the departmental staff as required, in the office environment and in the clean room facilities • Scheduling and performing operator’s initial qualifications and requalification’s required for GMP manufacturing in timely manner • Completing QMS records and performing reviews of documentation • Providing support for creating and improving training materials • Monitoring departmental training trackers and supporting completion of necessary activities to meet training requirements. • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training and aseptic procedures in the Manufacturing team. We are looking for: • Proven experience performing training sessions for individuals and groups • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of GMP production, documentation requirements and regulatory standards would be desirable • Experience in performing clean room qualifications such as gowning and aseptic would be an advantage • Ability to travel between OXB sites as required Closing date: Thursday 2nd of October 2025 About Us: OXB is a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO with a mission to enable its clients to deliver life changing therapies to patients around the world.
