Part 2 Architectural Assistant — Cambridge | RIBA Part 2 | Residential Commercial Rural

This is a brilliant role for a creative, ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant who wants hands-on experience across all project stages and support while working towards RIBA Part 3.

Key responsibilities:
Produce design drawings and technical details for residential, commercial and rural projects.
Develop concepts, prepare planning submissions and support construction stages.
Collaborate with senior architects, consultants and clients.
Contribute to 3D visualisations, presentations and client-facing materials.
Maintain accurate CAD files and project documentation
Essential requirements:
RIBA Part 2 qualification.
Minimum one year’ s experience in an architectural practice.
Strong design flair and technical detailing skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
Willingness and ability to travel to sites and meetings.
Portfolio demonstrating design and technical work.
Desirable skills:
Experience with ArchiCAD and Twinmotion is highly desirable but not essential.
Interest in sustainable design and planning-led projects.
Salary and benefits:
Salary: £30k–£36k (competitive, dependent on experience).
