Based in our newly designed, high-tech multi-agency hub in the vibrant heart of Enfield Town, you’ll work in a modern, client-focused environment that supports smart working and collaboration. You’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding and supporting children living within their families, or in kinship care.

In this vital role, you’ll work with children and families facing complex challenges, undertaking assessments, managing risk, and developing care plans that make a real difference. You’ll be based in our newly designed, high-tech multi-agency hub in the heart of Enfield Townan inspiring space that supports smart working and collaboration, surrounded by a vibrant high street, restaurants, and excellent transport links.

About You
You are a qualified Social Worker (with a degree in Social Work and Social Work England registration) who brings empathy, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose to your practice. You have a solid understanding of the Children Acts (1989, 2004), safeguarding legislation, and child development. You’re confident in managing complex caseloads, conducting Section 47 enquiries, preparing reports for court, and working in partnership with families and professionals. You’ll be experienced in direct work with children, risk assessment, and care planning, and you’re committed to achieving the best outcomes for children in need and those at risk of harm.
