Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation within the construction materials industry, is seeking a Junior Salesperson to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent starting point for an ambitious individual looking to build a successful sales career Location & Working Hours Based in Bromley (office and field-based) Full-time, Monday to Friday Mornings spent in the office; afternoons visiting construction sites and customer offices Requirements 1-3 years' sales experience (construction industry background is advantageous) Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person A full UK driving licence is essential Comfortable working within a small, rapidly developing team Highly driven, ambitious, and able to meet targets consistently Key Responsibilities Daily Logistics & Delivery Management Manage daily delivery schedules and confirm dispatches with suppliers Provide customers with accurate and timely delivery updates Support in resolving supply or delivery challenges Outreach & Cold Calling Conduct a minimum of 4 hours of outbound cold calling each day, targeting contractors and construction sites Maintain accurate activity records and schedule follow-up calls Road Sales & Site Introductions Visit multiple sites to introduce the company's products and services Build strong working relationships with key decision-makers across the sector Office Sales & Relationship Management Attend customer offices with samples and branded marketing materials Strengthen existing relationships and identify new sales opportunities Ad Hoc Office Duties & Professional Development Develop knowledge of products, pricing structures, and supplier networks Shadow senior team members to support career progression What the Client Offers Structured progression Commission based on net profit Fuel expenses fully covered Company workwear providedIf you're enthusiastic, driven, and ready to accelerate your sales career, this is an incredible opportunity to grow with a thriving organisation.
