Be an integral member of the breast unit, working in a flexible and collaborative way with the other members of the department to provide the highest quality of care
- Manage all aspects of breast disease in the outpatient setting
- Be an independent operator for all types of breast cancer surgery, and ideally provide the whole range of oncoplastic and implant-based reconstructive procedures as well
- Contribute to undergraduate teaching of Imperial and Brunel Medical Students
- Share in the training of the NW Thames deanery trainee
- Develop the service in line with demand.

3. IT Skills and computer literacy
4. Broad based training in all aspects of symptomatic and screening related breast disease along with experience in oncoplastic breast surgical procedures
5. Outstanding communication skills
