Are you ready to take the next step in your Costa journey? Were looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role as Transport & Stock Administrator, based at our Purfleet warehouse.
In this dynamic and varied position, you'll play a key role in supporting both the Transport and Warehouse operations. You'll ensure our delivery schedules run smoothly while keeping stock data accurate and up to date helping us get great coffee to our customers on time, every time.
You will be working a minimum of 40.25 hours per week, on an any 4 from 8 shift pattern covering night shift 18:00-06:00 this role is perfect for those who thrive in the late hours.

What youll do on a typical day:
Ensuring that all staff members are properly debriefed and that all paperwork is compliant
Monitoring tachographs following legal requirements
Handling day-to-day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
Maintain accurate stock records within the WMS
Support stock counts, reconciliations, and audits
Investigate stock discrepancies and escalate where needed
Communicate clearly with warehouse teams to maintain stock integrity
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous admin experience in a warehouse or transport environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A proactive, can-do attitude and team player mentality
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced logistics setting
