The Role:
Running and maintaining your own section during service
Preparing fresh ingredients and supporting daily mise en place
Working across different sections to develop your skills
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
Passionate about cooking and fresh food
Keen to learn and develop within a quality kitchen
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Calm under pressure and a good team player
