Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Analyst who will be reporting into the Senior HR Associate. This is a Generalist role spanning the entire employee life cycle for employees across 6 jurisdictions. Client Details This investment firm operates within the heart of London. Description Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate smooth employee transitions, including background checks, visa monitoring, and exit interviews, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies. Reporting: Maintain HR data and reports, support cross-functional insights, and assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking. Recruitment: Support hiring processes by liaising with recruiters, drafting job descriptions, and scheduling interviews. Learning & Development: Assist with probation and appraisal tracking, and coordinate training aligned with regulatory and development needs. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update policies and processes, and respond to general HR queries. Integration & Inclusion: Promote company values and contribute to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives through active involvement in internal committees.Profile Previous HR experience (2-3 years) in financial or professional services Good grasp of employment law Strong stakeholder management Confident communicator to engage and influence High level of emotional intelligence Organised and adaptable with a high attention to detail CIPD advantageous Job Offer A competitive salary of £39,000 to £47,000 per annum.
