We are currently working with a number of established engineering organisations who are looking to recruit Graduate Engineers and Junior Engineers into their growing teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills and work on a variety of engineering projects while receiving training and support from experienced professionals.
Successful candidates will gain exposure to projects across areas such as infrastructure, environment, transport, buildings, and energy while developing their career within a supportive engineering environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will support experienced engineers in delivering projects from concept through to completion.
Typical responsibilities may include:
* Supporting engineering design and project delivery
* Assisting with engineering analysis and modelling
* Working with technical drawings, reports and engineering documentation
* Supporting project teams with technical information and research
* Contributing to reports, presentations and engineering documentation
* Assisting with the identification and management of project risks
* Supporting sustainable engineering solutions within project design
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams
* Developing your technical skills and working towards professional chartership
About You
We are looking for motivated graduates with:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* An interest in developing a career within engineering
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
