This isn’t your average admin job — it’s a chance to be at the heart of a fast-paced, impactful care environment.
As our Operations Support Assistant, you’ll be the engine behind our operational and business development functions. From managing vital referral communications and trackers to supporting onboarding, meetings, and data accuracy, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track — and improving how we do it.
You’ll work with passionate colleagues across services and departments to help deliver high-quality support to people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage referral portals, BD and Ops inboxes
Maintain accurate trackers, service descriptors, and vacancy lists
Coordinate internal meetings, rotas, and support documentation
Assist with onboarding new starters, ID badges, and compliance tasks
Upload, file, archive and support the upkeep of internal systems
Communicate with commissioners, social workers, and care teams
Provide day-to-day support with data entry, scheduling, IT tickets, and minute-taking
Contribute to cyclical tasks like KPI reporting, H&S checks, and training support
What We’re Looking For
A confident, detail-focused administrator with strong organisation skills
Comfortable juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with a proactive mindset
Previous admin experience (ideally in care, health, or business operations)
Tech-savvy: confident using spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based systems
Familiarity with social care environments and referral processes is a plus
Why Join Us?
Be part of a values-led team improving lives across our supported living and residential services
Varied role with meaningful daily impact and continuous development opportunities
Flexible working options (hybrid model)
Supportive culture where ideas and improvements are welcomed
