These needs can include learning difficulties, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, emotional or behavioural challenges, or conditions like autism, ADHD, or speech and language delays. Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students. Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and needs. Primary Teacher Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching primary-aged children, with a strong understanding of SEN. Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation. Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
