This is a great opportunity for a senior sales negotiator with great listing skills ready to step up and work closely with the Branch Manager in leading a successful branch. You will play a key role in daily operations, team support, valuations, and instruction winning while helping to maintain strong results and service standards across the branch. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations Assisting in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions Helping grow market share and branch revenue Deputising for the Branch Manager when required Monitoring team activity and performance levels Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers Assisting with pipeline management and sales progression Building strong relationships with clients and local contacts Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level Strong track record in valuations and instruction winning Confident supporting and guiding team members Excellent sales and negotiation skills High level of customer service and communication ability Professional, articulate, and personable manner Proactive and self-motivated approach Well presented and highly organised Local knowledge of the Hemel Hempstead area preferred Full UK driving licence essential What's In It For You?
