With multiple locations across London, theyre known for their excellent customer service, modern facilities, and range of additional services including office space rental and mail handling.
Theyre now looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team someone whos passionate about people, motivated by targets, and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
The Role As a Customer Sales Advisor, youll be the face of the business, responsible for ensuring every customer receives outstanding service while helping the branch meet its sales and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve individual and store financial targets through excellent customer engagement.
2. Handle sales enquiries effectively, providing clear advice and promoting services.
3. Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
4. Maximise every opportunity to upsell or cross-sell storage and related services.
