Inventory & Records Assistant
Location: on-site in Bangor, Wales
Contract: Until 31st March 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Pay rate: £13.46 per hour
A public sector organisation based in Bangor is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support a major office move. This temporary role involves managing a large volume of physical documentation and ensuring accurate digital records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Logging, packing, and recording physical documents
Creating and maintaining an inventory of records
Scanning documents for upload into an online library
Using SharePoint and Excel to manage digital records
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in records management, library services, or similar roles
Confident using SharePoint and Excel for inventory and document tracking
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable handling physical documentation in a busy environment
