IT Support & Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Banbury - parking onsite if requiredThis is an onsite role - Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm / 9am - 5.30pm
Salary £25-30k
The Role:
We’re looking for an IT Support & Helpdesk Analyst with 2+ years’ experience to join our close-knit team.
You’ll provide onsite and remote support, resolve IT issues, and help drive technology adoption—all while delivering first-class service to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
? Log, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets (hardware, software, networking).? Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and security/compliance systems.? Train and coach users to maximise tech efficiency.? Assist with company-wide IT projects and system upgrades.? Occasionally travel to other offices.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* 2+ years in IT support/networking (Microsoft 365, patching, installations).
* Azure tenant management and cybersecurity awareness.
* Proactive problem-solver with excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communicator, team player, and detail-oriented.
Nice-to-Have:
* ITIL or relevant certifications.
