Investigate and resolve service calls, software defects, and customer queries. Own customer cases, communicate effectively, and meet SLAs and KPIs. Liaise with other departments and suppliers to support customers. Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to knowledge base updates. Support project and virtual team efforts for product support and support documentation. Identify trends and escalate issues as needed. Develop expertise in specific products/services and support customer needs proactively. Support out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis. Qualifications: Understanding of IIS, Azure, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Knowledge of Windows OS, IT support environment, and relevant certifications preferred. Experience in leisure industry software or APIs is advantageous. Personal Attributes: Quick learner, excellent communicator, customer-focused, able to work under pressure.
