As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will prioritize kindness, which influences every aspect of our care. Our team understands that residents are individuals with their own stories, just like everyone else.
Joining HC-One offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to residents. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistant to join Bowbridge Court, with a focus on providing high-quality service at all times.
Your responsibilities include caring for the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. This involves assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
Delivering heartfelt care ensures residents maintain their dignity and individuality. You may help residents with limited mobility, provide emotional support to confused or distressed individuals, or care for those at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
