A leading regional law firm with a strong national reputation is recruiting a Senior Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its established and highly regarded employment law team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to handle a high-quality, claimant-focused caseload, working with trade unions, professional associations and private individuals on complex employment law matters.
The Role
As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and court proceedings
* Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues
* Work across multiple sectors including public sector, education, transport, manufacturing and healthcare
* Provide support and guidance to junior solicitors and legal staff
* Contribute to business development, thought leadership and marketing initiatives
About You
* Qualified Employment Solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years PQE
* Strong technical knowledge of employment and industrial relations law
* Confident managing cases independently from instruction to resolution
* Excellent communication, advocacy and client care skills
* Experience acting for claimants, unions or individuals (desirable)
