Key Duties
* Install underpinning software on current high‑performance computing (HPC) systems and emerging Exascale platforms
* Develop, maintain and run complex modelling workflows
* Troubleshoot and resolve specialist user queries
* Develop and maintain data management services
* Manage internal CMS infrastructure, including improving the CMS web presence and working with CMS group members to produce documentation and showcase recent work
You Will Have
* Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, FORTRAN, C, C++
* Familiarity with modern software development and software engineering practices
* Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with a strong numerical or computational component
* Good problem‑solving skills and desire to overcome technical challenges and improve existing systems
