The Role
My client is seeking a dynamic operations leader to head up their Central Operations function in Manchester. You'll be responsible for leading and the core teams that are fundamental to their business success:
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop managers and teams across the operational functions
* Drive operational excellence and service delivery standards
* Implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth
* Manage departmental P&L and operational KPIs
* Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
