You will need experience of a similar role in a Local Authority setting. Key Duties: To manage requests for personal information operating in compliance with current legislation. To make initial assessments of requests received for each case Sign post to other services where appropriate Undertake the completion of multi-agency information request and subject access requests adhering to the ICO guidance, GDPR and Data Protection. To work with agencies such as CAFCASS, Courts, Police and Local Authorities. To be able to assess safeguarding risks.
