Job Title: Time-Writing Administrator
OFFSHORE TIMEKEEPING
1. Support offshore supervision in collation of timesheet information for offshore workforce;
2. Maintain timely and accurate daily input of offshore labour hours into the time-writing system;
3. Interrogate timesheet content to ensure accuracy in line with project-specific job carding;
4. Collate weekly and monthly man-hour reports;
5. Collate non-productive time analysis and reporting;
6. Act as a single point of contact for all time-related queries;
7. Communicate with Offshore Construction Supervisor to ensure all timesheets are submitted in a timely manner;
8. Clear invalid time entries against valid codes and project approvals;
9. Assist in payroll processes.
FURTHER DUTIES - COMMERCIAL
1. Support the Commercial Coordinator with contract administration of relevant contracts;
2. Handle cash flow and debt management;
3. Assist with calculating sales and cost accruals as part of the reporting cycle;
4. Assist with invoicing;
5. Check the accuracy of third-party invoices against subcontract agreements and approve as a compliance checker where required.
