The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing commercial sales team. Initially operating as an individual contributor, the role will evolve into a leadership position, developing a strategic sales function and driving customer acquisition across SME and mid-sized organisations.
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of the sales strategy, establish key account management processes, and drive long-term revenue growth. Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Build and mentor a commercial sales team, ensuring strong performance and career development.
Define and execute an account management strategy to drive client expansion.
Support Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 growth initiatives, including the company’s Co-Pilot offering.
Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Forecast revenue and drive operational excellence in pipeline and CRM management.
A proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Expertise in B2B sales within SME and mid-market segments.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in business development, account management, and lead conversion strategies.
