The Graduate placement will be based at HydraForce Hydraulics in Birmingham, England.
1. Assist in documenting financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
2. Support the creation and maintenance of process flowcharts, manuals, and guidelines.
3. Help in the preparation and analysis of consolidated margin reports.
4. Assist in identifying trends and variances to support decision-making.
5. Support the transfer pricing documentation and compliance activities.
6. Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and analysis.
7. Assist in financial activities related to Post-Merger Integration (PMI) between India and Denmark operations.
8. Support the integration of financial systems and processes.
9. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving work efficiency measures and reporting.
10. Support the management and organization of financial contracts and documents.
* Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
