The Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the clinical team in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality care to patients. You will play a key role in ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities * Assist clinicians with patient care and clinical procedures * Prepare clinical rooms and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use * Monitor and record patient observations accurately * Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatments * Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinic policies * Ensure high standards of cleanliness and infection control are upheld * Support with stock control and ordering of clinical supplies * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient confidentiality at all times Candidate Requirements * Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Clinical Support Worker * Experience within a private healthcare or medical setting is desirable * Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care) is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, caring, and empathetic manner * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care If you believe this opportunity aligns with your skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
