Your Role
As a Trade Counter Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our trade customers, providing technical support and hands-on service at our busy counter. From advising customers on the right components to assembling custom hydraulic hoses, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
What You'll Be Doing
* Serving customers at our trade counter with a professional and friendly approach.
* Assembling custom hydraulic hoses while customers wait (hose-making experience is a strong advantage).
* Offering product advice and technical support on hydraulics and related components.
* Handling, identifying, and managing a wide range of hydraulic fittings and parts.
* Preparing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Managing stock levels, checking deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Ensuring the trade counter and workshop areas remain safe, clean, and organised.
* Assisting with stock audits and reporting any discrepancies.
* Supporting engineers with sourcing and preparing parts when required.
