Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Business Partner
to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to help maintain a positive workplace culture, assist with employee lifecycle processes, and ensure HR policies are applied effectively. This is an ideal role for a Senior HR advisor ready to step up into a Business Partner role, or for an established HR Business Partner looking for a new role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

* Support managers on absence and performance management processes.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in organising training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives as required.
* Using our HRIS, PeopleHR, provide HR reports and metrics tracking, such as attendance, turnover
* Assist with compliance tasks, including policy updates and audit preparation.
* Assist with office management tasks by providing support for daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, ordering materials, and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
* Support HR projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an HR role.
* Basic understanding of UK Employment law and HR best practices.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems in particular PeopleHR (preferred but not required).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
