Solicitor - Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester - All Levels
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid/Flexible)

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000
A respected regional firm is seeking Residential Conveyancers and Solicitors to join its expanding property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at all levels, from paralegal through to solicitor-qualified, to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and growing department.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Lease extensions and new build transactions
* SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions
* Dealing with unregistered properties and title restrictions/cautions
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members (for more senior roles)
* Building strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, and introducers
* Supporting business development and departmental growth
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to:
* Paralegals, CILEX lawyers, licensed conveyancers, or solicitors (all levels considered)
* Strong technical knowledge or willingness to develop across the full range of conveyancing work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative team environment
