Executive Assistant
Monday-Friday, Full Time (37.5 hours/week), £34,525 per annum, in the heart of Plymouth.
Some regional and national travel may be required.
Hybrid work may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and correspondence.
* Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and communications.
* Organise and facilitate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
* Support governance by managing board and committee meetings, preparing board packs, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting, including deadlines for statutory submissions.
* Coordinate projects, work plans, and organisational events to ensure smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience supporting senior executives or boards.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools, and AI‑assisted tools.
* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality are essential.
Desirable
* Experience in charities, not-for-profits, or the public sector.
* Knowledge of governance and compliance in regulated environments.
