We can also consider well-qualified graduates who do not yet have a teaching qualification via our teaching apprenticeship route. This can also sometimes be combined with a Graduate Assistant or Resident Tutor role where you would have accommodation on site and help support the boarding life of the school.

The role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sports Centre Supervisor to join the team. The Sports Centre and its facilities are let to community groups and individuals throughout the week and at weekends and are also used by our students for activities, training and practice.
The Morgan Sports Centre consists of several buildings and venues including:
* Sports Hall
* Squash Court
* Dance Studios
* Tennis Courts
* Swimming Pool
* Fitness Suite
* Pavilion
* Function Suite
* Changing Rooms and Bathrooms
The Sports Centre Supervisor is responsible for evening operations of all sports facilities, ensuring all areas, equipment and facilities are prepared and in a satisfactory state for use and that a safe environment is provided, ensuring all safety and best practice is adhered to at all times.
The postholder will need to maintain a positive image of the centre to all pupils and visitors by providing a warm, helpful and professional service.
The successful candidate will have:
* Ability to demonstrate knowledge and performance of Sports Centre duties
* A proactive approach and willing to undertake relevant training
* Good and demonstrable organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills along with the ability to give clear instruction
Salary: A starting salary of £12,399 per year will be offered. The working hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 18:00 – 22:30 and Friday: 16:30 – 21:00, totalling 18 hours per week.
