Overview
We’re hiring Production Operators to support our production team in creating and checking precision components. This is a hands-on role working with manual tools and machines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Operate hand tools and manual equipment (e.g. lathes, linishers)
* Carry out tasks like broddling, Rosler processing, and crank finishing
* Perform sub-assembly work including handling of component kits
* Laser mark/etch components as required
* Inspect parts during the production process
* Ensure components meet quality standards before moving to the next stage
* Follow clear work instructions and adhere to processes at all times
* Record production data and downtime accurately
* Work efficiently to meet daily/weekly output targets
* Communicate progress and any issues to team leaders
* Support improvements in production methods and processes
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
* Work as part of a team in a structured production environment
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
What Will Aid Your Success:
* Comfortable using hand tools and learning to operate machinery
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic IT and numeracy skills
* Good communication – written and verbal
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Flexible and reliable approach
* Automotive or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential – training will be provided

* Mon–Thu: 06:00–14:00
* Fri: 06:00–13:00

* Mon–Thu: 14:00–22:00
* Fri: 13:00–20:00
