Are you an experienced RF or Microwave Design Engineer ready to shape next-generation technologies? Join a world-class engineering team in Lincoln, designing cutting-edge RF systems and components for applications across defence, communications and aerospace.
Key Tasks
* Design and development of custom RF circuits, systems and multi-function assemblies
* Provide technical leadership from concept to production, ensuring performance and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and manage project delivery.
* Research and integrate emerging technologies into the company's RF roadmap.
* Support customer engagement with your technical insight and product expertise.
Requirements
* 10 years'+ experience in RF or microwave design ( up to 40GHz) in defence, aerospace or communications.
* Strong knowledge of RF/microwave components and systems including, converters, transceivers, frequency measurement systems, amplifiers, synthesizers
* Experience with simulation design tools; CST, HFSS or microwave design tools; AWR, ADS
* A collaborative engineer with excellent communication skills
* Must be security clearable up to SC-level
