Responsibilities
* Reviewing the suitability of potential trial participants through analysis of register of interest forms and direct verbal engagement.
* Acting as Phoenix’s primary technical interface with Trial installer and monitoring partners, challenging and resolving technical issues, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, and supporting continuous improvement across installations.
* Providing technical assurance across the Trial, including oversight of installation quality, system configuration, and consistency of hybrid heat pump performance across participating homes.
* Regularly reviewing the monitoring data from the Trial to identify issues as they arise, troubleshooting issues, and applying the necessary corrective measures to ensure that data monitoring is interrupted for the least time possible.
Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience of designing and/or installing heating systems or similar demonstratively relevant experience.
* Knowledge of low temperature heating system design.
* Experience of customer relationship management.
