My client is a leading FMprovider;they are looking to recruit a maintenance plumber based in Wembley. You will have your city and guilds,nvqor equivalent as well as proventrack recordin commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance Retail
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on TMV's, general pipework copper andpvc, taps, washers, sinks, blockages, replacing toilet furniture, legionnaires checks, tank checks, general ppm's on fan coil units, changing filters, plant visual checks on pumps, motors as well help out with general maintenance duties and escortingsub-contractors.
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
Salary 41.2K with overtime (if wanted) call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.
