Role
Medical Field Service Engineer, Biomedical & Critical Care. Responsible for service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of a range of highly advanced critical care and life support equipment, based at hospital and healthcare centres throughout the North West Region.
Responsibilities
* Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of critical care and life support equipment and related biomedical devices.
* Travel to hospital and healthcare sites within the North West region to support customers.
* Provide high levels of customer service in professional clinical environments.
* Collaborate with product training teams to stay current with device platforms and new product introductions.
Qualifications
* Strong background in high-value electronic capital equipment.
o Minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
* Applications are encouraged from Service Engineers across electronic sectors, including biomedical equipment, medical devices, laboratory devices, imaging, or related fields.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain professional in customer-facing environments.
