Description Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for generating service and parts sales that maintain consistent productivity—ensuring each technician can produce at least 10 billable hours per day—while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers as they arrive in the service department. Communicate with technicians to understand required repairs and present cost-effective options when available. Answer customer questions, explain service results, and provide updates throughout the repair process. Educate customers on warranties, service recommendations, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Help customers decide whether to repair their vehicle or explore trade-in options. Manage service department scheduling, workflow, and repair timelines. Notify customers of any status changes and inform them when their vehicle is ready for pickup. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication abilities Ability to understand and explain mechanical and technical information Proficiency in basic math and writing Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license
